Looking for a healthy, super easy, and quick snack recipe? These banana oat bars are perfect for taking to work, college, or simply enjoying at home.
For this recipe, I used six medium-sized bananas, which was about 240 grams. If you’re using larger bananas, like plantains, you can use three. The riper the bananas, the sweeter your bars will turn out.

Ingredients:
- 3 to 6 ripe bananas (about 240 g)
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats (150 g)
- 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter (100 g)
- Nuts and dried fruits (optional)
Instructions:
- Mash the peeled bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the oats and peanut butter, and mix well.
- If you like, add different types of nuts or dried fruits. For this recipe, I added chopped Brazil nuts and walnuts.
- Spread the mixture in a baking pan and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 25 minutes.

I hope you enjoy these banana oat bars as much as I do! They’re convenient, delicious, and a great option any time of day. Enjoy!
