Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well until you have a smooth batter.
- Grease a muffin or cupcake pan. If your pan is silicone, you can skip this step.
- Pour the batter into the molds, filling each just over halfway. Leave some space as the batter will rise.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes. When the tops and edges begin to turn golden, they’re ready.
