These peanut butter cookies are delicious, soft on the inside, and slightly crispy on the outside. This recipe is super easy and quick to prepare, and in just a few minutes, you’ll have delicious cookies ready for a snack or to enjoy with a nice cup of coffee.
I made these cookies small, using about a tablespoon of dough per cookie, but they can also be shaped larger, like a classic cookie, and may take a little longer to bake.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, milk, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the flour and baking powder, stirring until a smooth, uniform dough forms.
- Use a tablespoon or other preferred measure to keep the cookies a similar size.
- Roll the dough into small balls with your hands, then press down with a fork twice, creating a crisscross pattern.
- Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet or a silicone baking mat.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they begin to turn golden.

These peanut butter cookies are delicious, easy, and irresistible. They have a perfect texture—soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside—making them ideal for any time of day.
