Peanut Butter Cookies

These peanut butter cookies are delicious, soft on the inside, and slightly crispy on the outside. This recipe is super easy and quick to prepare, and in just a few minutes, you’ll have delicious cookies ready for a snack or to enjoy with a nice cup of coffee.

I made these cookies small, using about a tablespoon of dough per cookie, but they can also be shaped larger, like a classic cookie, and may take a little longer to bake.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, milk, and salt.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder, stirring until a smooth, uniform dough forms.
  4. Use a tablespoon or other preferred measure to keep the cookies a similar size.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls with your hands, then press down with a fork twice, creating a crisscross pattern.
  6. Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet or a silicone baking mat.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they begin to turn golden.
