This skillet cheese bread is one of my favorite recipes for breakfast or a snack. It’s super easy to make, requires only 3 ingredients, and is ready in no time. Plus, it’s a great high-protein meal option

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of tapioca or cassava starch.
- 2 tablespoons of grated or diced cheese – preferably a cheese that melts easily, like mozzarella.
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the egg with the tapioca until well combined. If the mixture becomes too thick and difficult to mix, you can add a little milk.
- Add the cheese of your choice; I used mozzarella cut into small cubes.
- Pour into a non-stick skillet and place over heat; there’s no need to add oil. Once one side is golden, flip and let the other side brown as well.
